Vanessa Nicolson

Vanessa - daughter of Ben Nicolson, art historian, collector and son of Harold Nicolson and Vita Sackville-West - will be talking about her two memoirs Have You Been Good? and The Truth Game.

A fascinating insight into growing up in London, Florence and Sissinghurst, a haunting exploration of love, loss and grief, and a peek into the heart of one of Britain's most eminent literary families.

Vanessa is married to the writer Andrew Davidson and lives in London and Sissinghurst. Currently working on her first novel, she will also be exploring the differences and similarities of writing non-fiction and fiction.

There will be the opportunity to buy signed copies of Have You Been Good? and The Truth Game on the evening.

7.30pm welcome glass of fizz and a chocolate from Chocolate Haven at Hush, Robertsbridge

8pm Talk, for approximately an hour with Q & A session
